Dr. Farhat Hussain is a seasoned academic and administrator with over three decades of experience at the University of Karachi. He holds a PhD in Library & Information Science and previously served as Head of the Department of LIMS and Chief Librarian of the Dr. Mahmud Husain Library, the largest academic library in Karachi. With extensive expertise in academic management, curriculum development, research supervision, and large-scale examination and student affairs administration, he brings exceptional organizational leadership to his role as Registrar. Dr. Hussain is also a prolific researcher with 20+ publications in recognized journals and has actively contributed to national and international conferences, trainings, and curriculum review bodies.
