Ms. Nadia Sultana is the Founder Principal of Fatimiyah Institute of Nursing & Allied Health Sciences (FIN&AHS). She holds multiple distinguished qualifications, including MSN (Master of Science in Nursing), Post RN BSN, Diploma in General Nursing, (R.N) Registered Midwife (R.M), and Diploma in Cardiology (Dip. Card).
Ms. Sultana has secured honors in Diploma in Cardiology and Midwifery. With extensive national and international experience in Intensive Care and Cardiac Units, she brings a wealth of clinical knowledge and leadership to nursing education. As an academic leader, she has played a key role in establishing and advancing FIN&AHS as a center of excellence for nursing and allied health sciences. Combining her administrative expertise with a passion for teaching, she is committed to empowering students through evidence-based education, professional ethics, and compassionate practice. Under her dynamic leadership, FIN&AHS continues to nurture competent, confident, and caring healthcare professionals who uphold the highest standards of patient care and service.
